Refund Policy
All-Bounce/Galactic Bounce requires a security deposit of $50 for home rentals and 25% for interactive and mechanical rides. This will be collected on a major credit card. Once you reserve your items you are locked into the deposit. No exceptions. No last minute cancellations are permitted unless agreed upon by All-Bounce Staff. As a business we must have ample time to re-rent the unit. If a cancellation does arise prior to 7 days, your credit will be used toward another rental up to 16 months from your cancellation date. On the Interacitve or mechanical rides, deposits will hold the items, however due to limited supply, are non redundable. Park rentals are the customers responsibilty to notify the county/city of their event and request any insurance documentatiaon needed prior to the event and verify power availbility. There are absolutey no refunds if upon arrival the customer did not gain permission for setup or confirmed power. For large events, 25% deposit is due for holding items and balance is due 2 weeks prior to event and non-refundable. During Event season items are limited and must be paid for up front due to limited supply and high demand.
